Summer is approaching and now is definitely the time to start to planning and get moving to have a 5 star season. If you wanna know how, here come 5 tips that I'm sure will help you:
1. EXFOLIATE, HIDRATE AND (SELFTAN)
Yes, now is the moment to start preparing your skin for some sunny damage. Remember that the sun also comes with some undesired wrinkles and spots, so there's no need for you to bake your body. Be smart and if you want to look a bit more brown, try the new generation body self-tan.
2. EAT CLEAN
I'm sure that you eat healthy all year around, but now that you don't need as many calories try eating more colorful salads and fruits. Your skin and hair will thank you for it too.
3. DON'T FORGET TO REST
We usually want to make the best out of our warmer days and tend to go to sleep a bit later, even on normal days. So don't forget to get a proper good night sleep when you can. You'll also enjoy your daytime better.
4. START PLANNING YOUR HOLIDAYS
We all need time to reset ourselves, so look at your calendar, take some days off and choose a place you think you'll enjoy. One of my favorite places are on the Mediterranean, like the Balearic or the Greek Islands . And even if you can't travel very far, I'm sure there's a great spot nearby that is pure blissful.
5. ACCESSORIZE AND DRESS SMART
We are already wearing less clothes, so what you're wearing becomes more significative. Plan what you normally like to wear this time of the year. I like to look for cool T shirts with a more casual vibe, elegant tank tops and dainty accessories that will help complete and add personality to my look.
